Bhairav Bhavsar is a residential & multifamily investor and syndicator (LP).  He has an extensive background in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Leading Teams, Analyzing Markets, and Underwriting Assets.  He has assets in more than 3 markets in the US with most of his investments in Florida.

He is also a founder of Neelkanth Enterprise, a company that offers IT consulting services to fortune 500 organizations including DTCC, Verizon, Citibank, Walt Disney, Ultimate Software, and many more.  These services include Robotic Process Automation, Business Analysis, Project Management, and Chatbot Implementation.

Having a significant history in the IT sector, he uses his analytical skills to more thoroughly assess transactions, and, using his creative thinking, he makes extremely disciplined investments.

RYAN SMITH

Ryan Smith works with organizations and multifamily investors to acquire commercial real estate all around Florida, with a concentration on Tampa Bay.  The foundation of his business is integrity.  According to him, financing is more than simply a transaction; it’s about developing bonds with clients and assisting them in realizing their objectives in the commercial real estate market.

Ryan graduated with a Bachelor of Education from St. Leo University.  In the past, Ryan had positions as a paramedic/firefighter and a registered nurse in the Bay area.  He now works at MyEasyMortgage, where he is surrounded by the top loan staff in Tampa Bay.  his goal is to secure the appropriate financing for your business as well as with us at Venture Capital Holdings.
